ROMPOX® - ECOFINE
Our unique Jointing Mortar
ROMPOX® - ECOFINE, the strong, sustainable 1-component paving mortar with 2-component properties for almost all applications around the house. This pavement jointing mortar is a ready-to-use, single-component jointing mortar that hardens on contact with air or oxygen. The mortar can be used to grout almost all slabs and stones around the house with a joint width of 3 mm or more and is practically free of resin film. Thanks to its outstanding properties and strength, ROMPOX® - ECOFINE is suitable for almost any application, but especially for driveways, ceramic tiles and use around pools. All that is needed to apply it is a garden hose with a shower head or spray nozzle, a rubber squeegee and a fine coconut broom. Ecofine also offers a very long open application time and can be applied in light rain.

Our grit and gravel binders offer effective solutions for creating attractive and durable surfaces, ideal for garden paths, parks and other outdoor areas. These systems are particularly permeable to water, providing excellent drainage and simplifying maintenance. They bind grit and gravel securely and create fixed walkable, attractive and easy-to-clean surfaces that are suitable for both light and dark stone types.

If laid professionally in accordance with ZTV Wegebau (German contractual basis for the construction of paths and squares outside road traffic areas) and with our ROMEX® system consisting of drainage bedding mortar, bonding slurry and pavement jointing mortar, we offer a 10-year guarantee on the construction work. In this way, we double the statutory guarantee of five years for installers and specialist companies. The ROMEX® SYSTEM GUARANTEE therefore offers real added value for every contractor and means security for clients, planners and specialist companies.
ROMEX® is the first and only manufacturer in the paving and slab construction sector to offer its customers such a guarantee, which goes beyond the statutory warranty. Another advantage: the guarantee applies not only to public projects, but also to private projects.
